Service and Procedures

 1       Our expert advisers will conduct a free wall dampness analysis of your property.  This will be followed by a competent consultancy service around damage analysis and the removal of damage caused by dampness. Our expert advisers use devices manufactured by GANN for establishing the causes and distribution of dampness - the same devices that are frequently used by chartered assessors. 

 2      Our expert advisers will set up suitable measuring points during installation that enable the continuous monitoring of the achieved dehumidification success. In addition, the measured values will be entered in the measurement log that is specifically provided for this purpose. The measurement log enables the accurate monitoring of the dehumidification process.  

 3       Our expert advisers deliver the AQUA-GATE Emitter and install it in an appropriate location. They perform all settings and provide you with full instructions.

 4       Our expert advisers will carry out the first control measurement within 3 months and enter the measured values in the measurement log.  The second measurement will follow 9 months later. Furthermore, we will measure the dehumidification of your walls once a year until the success promised by us has been achieved. All measurements will be made in your presence.

 5       We will evaluate the individual dehumidification successes discovered onsite and you will receive a detailed report within a short period of time.

 6       We guarantee the successful dehumidification of your property. Should we not be able to achieve the contractually assured humidity values (‘normal humidity’), you will be entitled to a retreatment.
